CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL

Payment Conditions
50% deposit required on advance bookings. Payment in full before unit is picked up. Payment by Cash or credit card (Master or Visa  cards). All rates are in US$, but other currencies are accepted at the locally available exchange rates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all charges except the non-refundable administration fee to the credit /debit card number, which was supplied for the booking. We will not refund to a third party credit card
Insurance Liability
Thrird party & CDW(Collision Damage Waiver) is included in quotes. There is an “Excess” of US$750 US for cars and US$1,000 for vans  to be paid by customer if there is accident damage. No deposit is required to cover this excess, it will be charged to your credit card only in the event of damage.
Young Drivers Age Range
21 - 24 years: Insurance addition $15 US per day.
Mature Drivers Age Range
66-75 years: Insurance addition $10 US per day.
Fuel policy
Vehicles are supplied with any amount and may be returned with any amount.
Driver Licence requirements
Full Drivers License, which must have been held for at least ONE YEAR.
TAX
Jamaican GCT is included in all TOTAL prices
Vehicle returns
Over 2 hours late will be charged at $5.00 US  and over 6 hours is charged as 1 day late. For early returns of more than 1 day, a partial refund may be given at management discretion.
Flight Information
If you are picking vehicle up from an Airport location, you must supply the correct flight details. Failure to supply correct flight details may lead to nobody waiting at a rental counter to meet you. No refund shall be given in the event of an incorrect flight.
Condition of vehicle
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition received. Normal wear and tear acceptable. Excessive staining or internal damage will be charged to customer
Foreign Exchange rates
All prices are US$ unless otherwise stated. Cash payments will be accepted in other currencies at the rate obtainable at local banks.  We are not responsible for fluctuation of currencies.
